Fishing Report |

Well up until Monday the
fishing has been really
tough. High southwest
winds have really hurt
the bite and turned the
water to a chocolate
milk color over the past
two weeks. Monday
the bite really got
going again with light
winds and water that's
starting to look a lot
better. Sam, Ron,
and Stewart from Monday
boxed 18 Trout to 20"
free linning shrimp near
the rocks of the north
jetty. Action was not
fast and furious but it
was enough to keep it
interesting. the jetty
action will continue on
through the summer
months and offer plenty
of action for all.
Yesterdays party of
Corey and Aaron was a
very good one too. They
caught 25 to 30 Trout to
24" wading with a mix of
plum/char SDaltwater
Assassins and Super
Spook jrs in bone or
char and silver. The
bite was best over shell
pads in 3 to 4' of water
keying in on slicks.
Water was in good shape
on the lower end of West
Bay.
